A track club should be more than a place to show up.
RYFT is built for athletes who need a better training rhythm, clearer technical coaching, and a more professional development environment without getting lost in a giant group.
Structured Weekly Training
A consistent practice rhythm that helps athletes train with purpose instead of jumping between random workouts.
Event-Specific Coaching
Sprinters, hurdlers, jumpers, throwers, vaulters, and distance athletes need different technical priorities.
Technical Feedback
Athletes get coaching eyes on the details that actually change performance, not just volume for the sake of volume.
Team Culture
RYFT gives athletes a serious training environment with teammates, standards, accountability, and support.
A smaller, more individualized track club experience.
Families comparing Denver track clubs usually want more than a big group workout. RYFT is built around fit, coaching attention, event-specific development, and clear next steps for each athlete.
Not every athlete needs the same path.
Some athletes need club training. Some need private coaching. Some need both. RYFT helps families choose the right training path instead of forcing every athlete into one model.
Coaching across the full sport.
Track and field is not one generic workout. RYFT supports sprints, hurdles, jumps, throws, pole vault, distance, strength, meet prep, and recruiting guidance.
More clarity for parents and athletes.
We help families understand what the athlete needs, what the next step should be, and how training should support the athlete’s season, event, and long-term goals.
RYFT Track Club supports athletes at different stages of the sport.
The right fit depends on the athlete’s age, event, goals, training history, season, schedule, and how much structure they need.

Event-specific coaching across the full sport.

Speed, rhythm, mechanics, endurance, and race execution for athletes on the track.
Field Events
Technical coaching for takeoffs, approaches, throws, vault progressions, and event-specific execution.
Support Systems
Training support that connects the athlete’s event, season, competition schedule, and next-level goals.
Club training should connect the athlete’s training, event, and season.
Some athletes use club training as their main plan. Others combine club with private coaching for more focused technical work. The goal is to make the training path fit the athlete instead of forcing every athlete into the same box.
Practice Structure
A weekly rhythm that helps athletes build consistency, habits, and training momentum.
Event Coaching
Training directed toward the athlete’s event group instead of one-size-fits-all conditioning.
Technical Feedback
Corrections, cues, and coaching attention that help athletes understand what to improve first.
Strength + Mobility
Physical preparation where appropriate, aligned with the athlete’s event, age, readiness, and season.
Meet Preparation
Support with warmups, event strategy, attempt planning, race execution, and competition confidence.
Long-Term Progression
A development mindset that looks beyond one workout and helps athletes build over time.
Private coaching vs. track club.

Choose track club if...
- Your athlete wants a team environment

What the season looks like.
Training changes by season, event group, athlete level, and competition schedule. RYFT uses the season to build better habits, cleaner technical execution, and stronger competitive readiness.
Evaluate
We start by understanding the athlete’s goals, event interests, experience, schedule, and current training needs.
Place
The athlete is guided toward the best training path: club, private coaching, event-specific support, or a hybrid approach.
Train
Practices are organized around event development, technical progress, physical preparation, and season timing.
Compete
Athletes build meet-day routines, warmups, event strategy, confidence, and clearer execution when it matters.
Review
Coaching direction adjusts as the athlete develops, the season changes, and the athlete’s needs become clearer.
Progress
The goal is not one good workout. The goal is a stronger athlete, better habits, and a clearer long-term path.
