How Summer Training Works

RYFT summer training uses a hybrid model.

Indoor HQ sessions may include technical work, hurdles, runways, video review, coaching stations, strength training, and indoor training support. Indoor training will be at 7475 S Joliet St, Englewood, CO

IMPORTANT: Park where the red pin is. The address will take you to the front of the building but our entrance is on the side.

Outdoor sessions may include hills, grass speed, med-ball work, tempo, throwing, movement quality, conditioning, and performance work.

When meet schedules and facility access allow, RYFT may also include track-based sessions for race modeling, timed work, and event-specific preparation.
